Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

MaxIron Ltd is committed to making maxiron.com and the MaxIron Portal accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone to be able to use our website, read our content, and get in touch with us without barriers.

Standards

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility and cover areas such as text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, colour contrast, and screen reader compatibility.

What we provide

  • Semantic HTML elements throughout the site, giving assistive technologies a clear document structure
  • Consistent heading hierarchy across all pages
  • Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
  • Full keyboard navigation without requiring a mouse
  • Colour contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG AA thresholds
  • No content that flashes or auto-plays in ways that could cause seizures or discomfort
  • Forms designed with visible labels, focus indicators, and clear error messages
  • Responsive layout that works across screen sizes, zoom levels, and orientations

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is treated as a continuous process, not a one-off exercise. We review the site regularly and address issues as part of our normal development cycle. Where we identify areas that can be improved, we prioritise and schedule the work accordingly.

Feedback and contact

If you experience any difficulty accessing our website or have suggestions for how we can improve, we would like to hear from you. Please contact us at office@maxiron.com with details of the issue, including the page URL and what you were trying to do.

We aim to respond within five working days and to resolve accessibility issues promptly.
