The mobile rollout never landed properly with the field teams

Maximo Mobile lives or dies in the start-of-shift and end-of-shift workflow. We rebuild it around lone-worker, permit-to-work, materials reservation and offline behaviour — the things that decide whether a technician trusts the device.

PMs are out of step with reality, and the calendar is running the asset

We put condition data, criticality and failure history into the PM regime so maintenance frequency is earned, not historic. Where MAS Monitor and Predict are appropriate we layer them in once Manage is in good shape.

Reliability data does not hold up in audits or in regulator returns

We design the asset hierarchy and failure-code library to ISO 14224 (or the equivalent in your sector) so the data captured day-to-day rolls up to the templates the regulator and the reliability engineers expect.
