Pillar 1 — Method
Most of what an enterprise Maximo estate ends up paying for over ten years is decisions made badly in year one — customisation that should have been configuration, change that was applied without governance, knowledge that left with the consultant. Our method is built to stop that.
We default to configuration; we customise only where it is genuinely justified. Every change going into a production environment is governed, tested in a real environment, and reversible. Decisions are recorded with evidence, not asserted.

Most managed service providers run Maximo with a mix of off-the-shelf tooling and manual processes. We built our own. Fourteen products across four families — Foundations, Operations, Engineering and Intelligence — automate the work that elsewhere depends on the right person being awake.

Our pipeline runs every change through automated validation in a dedicated environment before it reaches production. Releases are versioned and auditable. If something needs to be rolled back, it can be — quickly and cleanly. This is what keeps service quality consistent across every customer we run.
