MaxIron Cloud provides dedicated managed hosting for IBM Maximo Application Suite. This session follows the operating procedure from service boundary and monitoring through patching, restore evidence and contracted recovery objectives:

  • Service boundary. The runbook names MaxIron platform operations, client design authority, on-call ownership and the production approval path.
  • Monitoring and patching. MaxIron engineers monitor the dedicated estate and align IBM MAS patching with the integration and production calendars.
  • Backup and restore testing. Every production environment is restore-tested at least twice yearly, with the result retained as recovery evidence.
  • Recovery objectives. A 15-minute RPO and 4-hour RTO are standard production starting points until the final objectives are contracted for each environment.
  • Estate visibility. MaxIron Cloud Manager presents environments, releases and service health to authorised client teams.
