MaxIron AI Crew is the interactive AI product for IBM MAS Manage users. It supports work-order, asset and operational decisions in the user's Maximo context, with scoped permissions, audit trail and approval gates.
AI Crew is the user-facing product in the wider MaxIron AI portfolio. It is used where the Maximo user already has asset, work-order and operational context. It is not a general chatbot attached to the side of the estate.
The product is designed to complement IBM MAS Manage without changing IBM application images. It supports natural-language help, guided navigation and decision-ready assistance while keeping higher-impact actions under explicit controls.
