- It does the data quality work that always slips. - How is this different from MaxIron Assist?
- Assist is for end users — a chat assistant inside Maximo that helps technicians, planners and supervisors get their job done. AI Smart Data is for the data team — a system that does intelligent data in and out at scale. Different buyer, different value, separate products. They are designed to be deployed together.
- How is this different from MaxIron Data Loader?
- Data Loader is the safe, templated way to apply data into Maximo at scale. AI Smart Data is the layer above it that decides what the data should look like in the first place — what classification it belongs in, where the duplicates are, what is missing. They pair: AI Smart Data proposes, Data Loader applies.
- Is our data sent anywhere?
- AI Smart Data is designed for enterprise data governance. The handling model is configurable; the default keeps customer data within the customer boundary and is fully auditable. We will walk you through the data flow before any engagement.
- How accurate are the suggestions?
- High enough to materially shorten classification programmes that previously took months, but always presented as suggestions for a human to confirm. AI Smart Data is the assistant; the analyst is in charge.
